FTX K9 Video Testimonial Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

  • The contest is open to all customers of FTX K9 who have had their dogs trained by FTX K9.

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.

2. Entry Period:

  • The contest begins on August 1, 2024 and ends on August 31, 2024.

  • All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on August 31, 2024.

3. How to Enter:

  • Create a video testimonial about your experience with FTX K9 training services.

  • The video must be no longer than 30 seconds.

  • Upload the video to Instagram as a REEL and use the hashtag #FTXK9

  • Tag FTX K9’s official Instagram account @ftxk9

4. Video Requirements:

  • The video must be original content created by the participant and feature the dog trained by FTX K9.

  • The video must not exceed 30 seconds in length.

  • The video should clearly state why you are satisfied with FTX K9’s training services.

  • Only one entry per customer is allowed.

  • The video must not contain any offensive or inappropriate content.

5. Selection of Winner:

  • The winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification:

  • The winner will be notified via Instagram DMs (be sure to follow our page so you don’t miss our message)

  • The winner must respond within 5 days to claim their prize.

  • If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity:

  • By entering the contest, participants agree to allow FTX K9 to use their video for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. General Conditions:

  • FTX K9 reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

  • FTX K9 is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of FTX K9.

10. Liability Release:

  • By entering, participants release and hold harmless FTX K9 from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the contest.

11. Privacy:

  • Any personal information collected during the contest will be used in accordance with FTX K9’s privacy policy.
